Crazy Pie
Yield: 8 Servings

1 c Flour
2 T Splenda
1 t Baking powder
1/2 t Salt
3/4 c Water
2/3 c Margarine or fat free Sour cream
1 Egg
1 cn Pie filling of your choice

Crust: No need to sift flour. Combine all in small mixing bowl at low speed. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter into 10" or 9" deep dish pie pan. Carefully spoon filling into the center of batter. Do not stir. Bake at 425F for 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden.

Lin's notes: I used an 8x8x2 pan and baked for almost 50 minutes.
