Super Skillet Goulash

16 oz ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup (8 oz) Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup (one 2 oz jar) chopped pimiento, undrained
1 cup water
1/4 tsp dried minced garlic
2 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 1/3 cups (3 oz) uncooked elbow macaroni

In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat, celery, and onion. Stir in tomato sauce, undrained pimiento, water, garlic, parsley flakes and black pepper. Bring mixture to a boil. Add uncooked macaroni. Mix well to combine. Lower
heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally.

Serves 6 (1cup) - Each serving equals:
