
Sour Cream Raisin Pie
6 servings
1 ea 9" pie shell
1 c packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 T Flour
1/2 t Salt
2 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Nutmeg
1/4 t Cloves
3 ea Eggs
1 1/2 c Sour cream
1 1/2 c Raisins
Combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Beat eggs until thick and fluffy; blend in sugar mixture. Fold into sour cream and raisins. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
Cool on rack.
