Day 2
While our friend Jamie liked to sleep in, we got her up and moving early and we were off on our adventure. One of our first stops was to Times Square, only two blocks from our hotel!

While we were there, we got to see Good Morning America taping the weather outside. This is Spencer Christian...

We got on the Gray Line Tours and took our first look at NYC... of course where did we stop first??

From there, we took our tour...

These are some of the billboards.. did you know that if
you are a merchant in Times Square, you must put up a Neon billboard? It's the
law!
As well, there is only one sign company hired by the City of NY to fix these signs?

On the left is the courtyard at Rockefeller Center and this is a neat building - you can't see the name too well, but it is FCUK! <g>

On the left is a huge button that is in the Garment District, and the right is 44th Street where a lot of Broadway shows are seen! Look close - you can see the Phantom of the Opera.

Since Jamie and Paula were seeing the Lion King that
night, this is the New Amsterdam Theatre, once home to Charlie Chaplin. We were
